Got a spare $15,000? – UPDATE

This may not seem too remarkable. However, what makes this listing fascinating is that these two volumes appear to have been owned by Jonathan Edwards! Most of the pictures on the listing are broken, something I’ve asked the seller to look into fixing, but in the one picture that is working you can clearly make out the signature of the Massachusetts theologian above the image on the left-side page. Not only does this two-volume set have the name of Edwards scrawled onto its pages, but it is apparently also signed by Samuel Hopkins, a faithful student of Edwards who likely inherited a number of volumes from his teacher’s library after his death in 1758.
The “Buy it Now” price for this listing is a paltry $14,750, so you better act fast!
